We are always happy to hear from our visitors, so if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please get in touch

The doors are open from 10:00 – 17:00 on Tuesday 19th November, and 10:00 – 16:00 on Wednesday 20th November

Visitor badges are printed onsite, so you just need to come along on the day, ideally with your proof of booking email

Yes, there is plenty of FREE parking at the NAEC, Stoneleigh with over 11,000 spaces located adjacent to the halls.

Yes. There is a special disabled parking area very close to the entrance, and once inside the building the show is all on one level. If you are likely to need additional assistance when you arrive, please let us know in advance and we will make appropriate arrangements

Yes – children are welcome to come to the show providing they are supervised by a grown up at all times. Please do register them though – this helps us to control numbers, and we find they love having their own name badges!

Sorry – the venue only allows guide dogs.

Yes – we have a catering point in the networking lounge at the heart of the show. They offer a range of breakfast and lunch options, and provide great value for money.

No, there are no ATMs onsite, so please bring cash, especially if you have failed to register in advance and will therefore need to purchase a ticket. Our caterer in the hall will accept card payments though

No, there is no facility on-site to store bags, coats and suitcases at the show this year.

Tickets are unlimited. Each company can register as many staff as they would like to

There is no need to let us know if something crops up and you can’t attend – maybe next year!

Yes, providing they have a genuine reason for being there (i.e. they are considering starting to work in the industry), and they are not a supplier. Suppliers (for example, packaging suppliers or vehicle body builders) are only eligible to attend if they are exhibiting or sponsoring – they cannot come in as a visitor. If somebody registers under an unusual company name, we will probably call them to check that they are eligible for free attendance. Please don’t be offended by this – it’s the only way we can keep things fair for our paying exhibitors.
