Having spent the last several years helping businesses understand and act upon property market data, Emily has developed a strong understanding of the trends influencing customer demand and market activity. She regularly works with the industry’s leading operators, helping them translate market intelligence into practical business opportunities.

Yuriy Margolin is Owner/CEO of Moving Sales Professionals LLC, a call centre for moving and removals companies in the United States, UK and Canada, in business since 2018. He has worked in sales since 2000 and in the moving and removals industry since 2003. He is also Owner/Host of the Let’s Talk Moving Podcast, a podcast focused on the moving and removals industry, designed to educate and promote movers and related mover support businesses. Yuriy spoke at last year’s event.

Victoria Papathanasiou is Co-Founder and CEO of CentralNest, AI-powered quoting and inventory software for removal companies. She’s a physicist by training, with an MSc in Telecoms and 15 years in network engineering and product roles across telecoms, military tech, and retail. She and her husband and co-founder, George, have moved house 17 times, including one where the quote doubled on moving day because the van turned out too small. That’s the problem CentralNest was built to fix. Victoria spoke at FEDEMAC & YMC in Crete earlier this year.

Anthony works on Stora’s sales team, talking daily with storage operators across the UK and Europe about how they’re scaling their operations. He brings a ground-level view of what’s actually working for growing businesses right now, rather than theory.

Olly Sampson is Co-Founder and Director of Partnerships at RemovalsManager, an online operating platform used by removal and storage firms across the UK and Ireland. He spent over 15 years in the removals and storage sector before co-founding RemovalsManager with Paul Morris in 2017.

Dominic Honey is the owner of Removals Plus and has been running marketing campaigns exclusively in the moving industry for over three years. In that time he has seen every angle of marketing for movers: the campaigns that fill diaries, the websites that quietly kill enquiries, and the agency promises that never turn into jobs. He has built a specialised team at Removals Plus that focuses solely on delivering the best quality in the industry across Google Ads, SEO and website building, working with over 60 removal companies across the UK. Rahul Vekaria is Managing Director of Amax Marketing, a digital marketing agency specialising in websites, SEO and digital growth. With years of experience in digital marketing, Rahul works closely with businesses across the self storage, removals and wider service sectors, helping them improve their online visibility, customer journey and generate more enquiries.

He regularly speaks at industry events, sharing practical, jargon-free advice around websites, SEO, Google and the changing world of online search.

Named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Global Woman Awards and author of Amazon bestseller Is Your Business Ready To Franchise, she shares practical, first-hand insight into doing things differently and building a successful national brand.

Charlotte has strong connections in the removals industry, but she built her career in the field of marketing as a Co-Founder of her own agency, Animo. After working on conferences, events, and marketing campaigns for a range of associations and blue-chip clients for over 15 years, Charlotte was recruited to Britannia Movers as Marketing & Communications Manager. In almost five years there, she delivered multiple high-profile projects, including a full rebrand. She is an experienced speaker with extensive knowledge of industry issues covering technology, marketing, and leadership. 

Charlotte will be facilitating our seminars and directing Q&As to keep things on track and help our attendees get the most out of each session.

Starting the role in 2021 after 10 years in the motor trade, Stephen heads up the Association’s Membership recruitment efforts by making sure both operators and suppliers in the sector are aware of all the benefits that becoming part of their industry Association can bring. He has increased membership numbers from 430 when he started to over 700 and still growing. Stephen also helps to run both online and in-person events that the Association offers, marketing this out to current Members and Subscribers.
