Since 2002, he has held senior leadership roles at trade associations in the construction, industrial cleaning, food manufacturing and paper sectors. In August 2025, Andrew was appointedDirector General of the British Association of Removers (BAR). Prior to this role, he served as the Director General of the Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI), the UK’s trade association for the manufacturers of pulp and paper, products such as corrugated cardboard and tissue, and the recycling of those products.

Membership Acquisitions. Starting the role in 2021 after 10 years in the motor trade, Stephen heads up the Association’s Membership recruitment efforts by making sure both operators and suppliers in the sector are aware of all the benefits that becoming part of their industry Association can bring. He has increased membership numbers from 430 when he started to over 700 and still growing. Stephen also helps to run both online and in-person events that the Association offers, marketing this out to current Members and Subscribers.

Charlotte has strong connections in the removals industry, but she built her career in the field of marketing as a Co-Founder of her own agency, Animo. After working on conferences, events, and marketing campaigns for a range of associations and blue-chip clients for over 15 years, Charlotte was recruited to Britannia Movers as Marketing & Communications Manager. In almost five years there, she delivered multiple high-profile projects, including a full rebrand. She is an experienced speaker with extensive knowledge of industry issues covering technology, marketing, and leadership.
Charlotte will be facilitating our seminars and directing Q&As to keep things on track and help our attendees get the most out of each session.

Grahame is currently the Head of LCV and Municipal for Renault Trucks in UK & Ireland and has been instrumental in the successful launching of both the new Renault Trucks Trafic in 2022 and the brand new Master 4 in 2024 in addition to steering the direction of the Municipal and future electromobility LCV strategy out to 2030 and beyond. A speaker at many industry events, his content is always thought provoking and at the forefront of how we can bring the experiences of the past and blend them with the aspirations of the future.
