So tell us a little bit about the business.
Compare My Move provides high-quality real-time leads to kickstart your business growth.
With a range of lead types on offer that work hand in hand, you have the potential to really maximise your return on investment. We offer removals, storage, international, house clearance, commercial and man and van leads.
We use cutting-edge technology to streamline your leads with your current system so everything is easily managed in one place. Our Lead Manager app gives you control over your account, letting you buy, view and contact your leads. It also features tools to show you low-competition and high-demand areas to target your postcodes for a better chance of success.
We have a dedicated Partner Support team on hand to help you get the most out of your leads. Our Partner Help Hub shares tried and tested conversion tactics to help you win more jobs and grow your business.
With so much going on arounds us such as the Impact of COVID-19 / Global recession / Growing cost of raw materials and UK Economic downturn, Have you had to change your business model, if so how?
As general costs of doing business have risen across most areas, it has impacted the prices we charge for our leads. While not ideal for our partners, we have always invested in the business to ensure that whatever the lead price we are offering, there are new tools available and an improved service so partners can have the most success from the leads and investments they make.
So what developments have you or are you working on?
As we’re constantly growing as a company, we have more people and resources on hand to improve our service and expand lead types.
The biggest development for our business this year was the launch of our Lead Manager app for IOS and Android. It gives you control over your leads, letting you buy, view and contact your jobs. The app also features cutting-edge tools that show you low competition and in-demand areas for better success with your leads.
We’ve also recently launched our Commercial Removal leads and are in the process of getting Man and Van leads up and running. With an office move planned in 2024, we have plans for even more service launches to help our partners boost profitability.
So why will you be at The Movers & Storers Show 2023 and what can people expect to see on the stand?
We’ll be attending the Movers & Storers Show for the 3rd time this year. We keep coming back because we find it so beneficial to be able to talk to both current partners and potential new partners. Our New Business Team and Partner Support will be there and we’ll showcase how you can make the most of your leads and really grow your business with our app and partnership.
Everybody has one eye on the future, what do you see as the big challenge for the industry in the next three years?
We’ve noticed the use of technology is much more present in the conveyancing industry over the recent years. With customers expecting online updates more and more, this may be a challenge for the removal industry to adapt to using digital systems. Rest assured, our app can be synced with your current CRM system to help with streamlining.
Which social media platforms does your company use, and why?
We focus on LinkedIn and Facebook as different professions respond better to certain platforms. We find we have more engagement from removal companies on Facebook, so we have a private group for our partners where we share important updates and reminders of our current offerings.
